PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive lithographic printing plate that is suitable for a chemical-less development substantially free from an alkali agent and excellent in all of scumming resistance, ink desorption, resistance to dirt entangled in a net and printing durability.SOLUTION: The photosensitive lithographic printing plate has at least a hydrophilic layer and a photocurable photosensitive layer in this order on a support. The hydrophilic layer is surface-treated with a polymer compound having a polymerizable double bond group. |
