The present invention provides a method, a system, a low power base station, and an RNC for collaborative management of interference between a macro base station and a low power base station. The method for collaborative management of interference between a macro base station and a low power base station comprises: calculating, by the low power base station, an uplink load of the low power base station; comparing, by the low power base station, the uplink load with a load upper limit; when a comparison result is that the uplink load is higher than the load upper limit, performing power control, by the low power base station, on an unbalanced area UE. The present invention is capable of reducing the interference between the macro base station and the low power base station. |
