This invention provides capsules and, more specifically soft capsules, wherein the fill material comprises an emulsified syrup. In particular, the present invention provides a means of encapsulating honey in a gelatin, modified- gelatin or gelatin-free shell material. Furthermore, the capsules described herein are capable of being manufactured using a rotary die apparatus. |
