A suture device is provided with: a long-axis member; a pair of gripping members; a suture needle; a power transmitting member; an opening/closing operating member; a pair of needle affixing sections having a needle affixing first member and a needle affixing second member and affixing or releasing the suture needle to or from the pair of gripping members; a pair of linear members connected to the pair of needle affixing sections; a needle affixation operating section for operating the pair of linear members; a link member having a first end and a second end, which are connected to the pair of linear members; and rotatable support sections for rotatably supporting the link member. |
