<p>[Problem] To reduce the sheet resistance of graphene with high stability in the atmosphere. [Solution] One embodiment of the present invention provides a graphene laminate (120). This graphene laminate is provided with a graphene (12) and an organic molecule dopant layer (OMDL) (22). The graphene is a lamellar substance that has one or more layers of a sheet-like crystal structure of carbon atoms, and the OMDL is a crystalline or amorphous film of organic molecules, said film being formed on at least one surface of the graphene. The OMDL of this embodiment is formed of electron-donating organic molecules, electron-accepting organic molecules or a charge transfer complex that contains both electron-donating organic molecules and electron-accepting organic molecules.</p> |
