PURPOSE: An information providing method using a reflective display and a device thereof are provided to display at least one of the color of an electrophoretic particle and the color of a solvent. CONSTITUTION: An electrophoretic particle is dispersed in a solvent. A film includes the electrophoretic particle and the solvent. The film is made in at least one of a partition wall structure and a capsule structure. An electric field applying unit applies an electric field to at least one portion of the film. At least one of the color of the electrophoretic particle and the color of the solvent is displayed by adjusting the location of the electrophoretic particle in the film. |
