The present invention relates to a device for aging a rubbing cloth of a liquid crystal display device and an aging method using the same. The device for aging a rubbing cloth of a liquid crystal display device according to the present invention comprises a member for aging having a plurality of aging patterns which are arranged to be spaced and have a concave or convex shape in one direction in the upper surface; an aging roller which is installed to be rotated and be in touch with the upper surface in which the aging patterns are arranged; and a rubbing cloth which includes a rubbing base material and rubbing files consistently arranged in the rubbing base material and is rolled in the peripheral surface of the aging roller, wherein the rubbing files of the rubbing cloth form consistent directivity by the aging patterns when the member for aging or the aging roller is relatively moved along the direction of forming the aging patterns in a state that the rubbing cloth is rotated and is be in touch with the aging patterns. The rubbing files can have uniform directivity in a certain direction by the aging patterns by aging using the member for aging having the aging patterns of a concave or convex shape, thereby preventing rubbing mura. |
