The present invention relates to a diesel car which supplies diesel partial oxides to a nitrogen oxide removing device and more particularly, to a method for effectively generating diesel partial oxides at low temperatures and supplying the diesel partial oxides to a nitrogen oxide removing device, and a diesel car using the same. The diesel car partially oxides diesel oil using photocatalyst and supplies the partially oxidized diesel oil to an SCR nitrogen oxide reducing device as a reducing agent. When mounted in a diesel car, a photocatalytic reaction system smoothly performs a continuous supply of a nitrogen oxide reducing agent by reforming part of additional nitrogen oxide diesel oil unlike a urea solution which should be filled periodically, thereby continuously removing nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas of the diesel car.
