PURPOSE: A system for steaming anchovies is provided to reduce energy for heating seawater in a steaming tank and to adjust the salinity of seawater in the steaming tank. CONSTITUTION: A system for steaming anchovies includes a steaming tank (110), a filter, and a water purification unit (120). The water purification unit filters seawater inhaled by a pump and supplies the filtered water into the steaming tank. The pump includes an impeller which is dropped into the water of the steaming tank. A motor with an output shaft connected to the impeller is located on the water of the steaming tank. |
