PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multicolor luminous paint that is aqueous and has a long pot life, in which deposition can be performed in a practical film formation condition, a coated film that is practical even in durability and light resistance can be obtained, and equal or approximate multicolor with coloration in daylight is realized even in coloration at fluorescent emission.SOLUTION: In a nano-order dispersion type aqueous multicolor paint and a production method of the nano-order dispersion type aqueous multicolor paint, agitation dispersion is performed while performing decompression deaeration, thereby precipitation of a pigment is suppressed even though it is aqueous, a pot life is made long, a deposition characteristic is excellent, and further equal or approximate multicolor with coloration in daylight is realized even in coloration at luminous/fluorescent emission. |
