PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boarding confirmation device for a vehicle carrier car in which it can be determined that a rear end of a vehicle is settled in a load-carrying platform.SOLUTION: A boarding confirmation device 1 disposed on a vehicle carrier car 100 having a load-carrying platform 120 on which a vehicle 200 is loaded comprises: a light source 12(22) which is arranged at one side part at the rear of the load-carrying platform 120, and radiates light toward the other side thereof; and a light reflection material 23(13) which is arranged at the other side of the rear part on the load-carrying platform, and reflects the light from the light source 12(22) toward the front side of the load-carrying platform. When a rear end of a vehicle 200 is positioned from the rear side of the load-carrying platform 120 to the front side thereof, the light from the light source 12(22) is reflected by the light reflection material 23(13) to radiate toward the front side so that a driver of the vehicle 200 can confirm the light and determine that the rear end of the vehicle 200 is settled in the load-carrying platform while staying in the vehicle. Thereby, the driver does not need troublesome work such that the driver gets off the vehicle 200 all the way to confirm the rear end of the vehicle. |
