PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording medium that reduces an irradiation power of light necessary to record an information signal.SOLUTION: There is provided an optical information recording medium including a plurality of laminated resin layers, and an inorganic layer that is formed in an interface between the resin layers. Storage elastic moduli are different with the interface between the resin layers as a boundary. Information signals are recorded in the interface.
