PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of rapid inrush current even when the output stage size of an LDO regulator circuit is changed.SOLUTION: On startup, a target potential switching section 3 switches the target potential of output potential Vout of an LDO regulator circuit 1 to 1.9 V, and an output stage transistor switching section 12 drives an output stage transistor 10 having on-resistance higher than that of an output stage transistor 11. When an output potential determining section 4 determines that the output potential Vout arrives at 96% of the target potential 1.9 V, the target potential switching section 3 switches the target potential to 1.8 V, and the output stage transistor switching section 12 drives both of the output stage transistor 11 and output stage transistor 10. |
