PURPOSE: An operation instruction system is provided to enable a worker to receive detailed work content for a specific process by using a headset in an airplane building site. CONSTITUTION: A computer (30) for instructing work transmits work instruction data according to a work instruction program to one or more headsets. A wireless data transmitter (10) mediates the computer and the headsets. The work instruction program stores work instruction information by matching the ranges of the one or more headsets according to the input signal of a user.
