PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a laminate capable of inhibiting the generation of bubbles between a resin film layer and a tackifier/adhesive layer.SOLUTION: The provided method for manufacturing a laminate is a method for manufacturing a laminate including a resin film layer and a tackifier/adhesive layer wherein peaks and valleys are formed on the adhesion interface of the tackifier/adhesive layer with the resin film layer, wherein the average length RSm of contour curve elements of the peaks and valleys in compliance with JIS B 0601 : 2001 is 1000 μm or below, and wherein the arithmetic mean roughness Ra of the peaks and valleys in compliance with JIS B 0601 : 2001 is 2-50 μm; a laminate obtained by the same manufacturing method and a pneumatic tire possessing the laminate as an inner liner layer are also provided.
