PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate power consumption and an available travel distance, with influence of an external factor of an EV vehicle reflected therein, for vehicles of plural automobile manufacturers or plural models without limiting to a specific manufacturer or a specific model.SOLUTION: A power consumption estimation device has: identification means which identifies a parameter to correct information affecting power consumption of an electric vehicle when the same travels on the basis of respective power consumption information on a plurality of electric vehicles which have similar power consumption patterns; and estimation means which estimates electric energy necessary for the electric vehicle having the similar power consumption pattern to travel on the basis of an identification result.
