METHOD OF PREVENTING UNAUTHORIZED USE OF DISPOSABLE BIOPROCESS COMPONENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a device in which authorization for a disposable bioprocess component can be performed, and illegal manufacturing and unauthorized operation thereof can be prevented.SOLUTION: By using a ferroelectric random access memory chip (FRAM(R)), error-correctable information is stored on an RFID tag attached to a disposable bioprocess component; the error-correctable information is sequentially written in a memory chip; and when thereby the RFID tag and the disposable bioprocess component is sterilized with gamma ray, redundant information is left in the chip. In a method of authorizing a disposable bioprocess component, responsibility is reduced in the respect that a false low-quality disposable component is not used on a hardware, and that a user does not allege injustice complaint.
