PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable reduction of a used amount of a plastic material in a base material for recording medium formation using a paper base material, even having a smooth surface and stored in high temperature, high humidity environment, without warpage of a base material, without deterioration of the surface smoothness and without hindering the recording medium formation.SOLUTION: A paper base material for recording medium formation of an optical disk has a barrier film having a barrier layer on a surface thereof, at least on a side opposite to a side on which a recording layer is adhered of the paper base material. |
