PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic plate boring disc-shaped roll capable of boring a large number of continuously equal holes with high accuracy while keeping thickness uniform.SOLUTION: A metallic plate boring disc-shaped roll includes: a metallic plate boring disc-shaped roll 10 equipped with a plurality of boring blade portions 20; and a pair of upper side spacer rolls 30. On both sides of the metallic plate boring disc-shaped rolls, an upper roll 100 coaxially coupling the pair of the upper side spacer rolls, a pair of disc-shaped guide rolls 40, and a lower side spacer roll 50 are provided. Between the pair of the guide rolls, a lower roll 200 coaxially coupling the lower side spacer roll, and disposed oppositely to the upper roll; carrying means for carrying a metallic plate 300 into between the upper roll and the lower roll, while making the metallic plate 300 abut on the guide rolls configuring the lower roll; and a retaining member 80 for retaining the metallic plate carried while abutting on the guide rolls, from the opposite side to the guide rolls, near a position where the upper roll and the lower roll oppose to each other, are provided. |
