PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the utilization efficiency of a radio band in a transmission system for performing retransmission control due to an SR system.SOLUTION: A transmitting data generation and sequence number giving part 10 of a transmitter 1-1 gives a sequence number to each data obtained by dividing a video file and stores each data in a data storage part 11. A data reading part 12 reads the whole data from the data storage part 11 in a descending order of sequence numbers, and a transmission part 13 transmits a data packet in a descending order of the sequence numbers. A reception part 14 receives an I-NACK, and extracts a received sequence number from the I-NACK. A retransmission control part 15 determines the existence/absence of retransmission data on the basis of the received sequence number, deletes all data of the data storage part 11 in the case where no retransmission data exists, and outputs a retransmission sequence number to the data reading part 12 in the case where retransmission data exists. The transmission part 13 retransmits a data packet of the retransmission sequence number. |
