PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide therapy means for disease by inhibition of cell secretion process.SOLUTION: There is provided an agent for use in inhibition of secretion from nonneural cell selected from a group consisting of: endocrine cell; exocrine cell, immunocyte, cell of cardiovascular system, cell to be osteopathy by the secretion. The agent comprises first, second and third domains. The first domain cleaves one or more essential proteins for exocytosis. The second domain translocates the first domain into the cell. The third domain makes the agent targeting the nonneural cell.
