PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single-ended-to-differential converter that improves a frequency range in which an ideal output differential current characteristic is available.SOLUTION: In a single-ended-to-differential converter 11 in which an input signal Vin is input into a source terminal of a MOS transistor M1 and is input into a gate terminal of a MOS transistor M2 via a DC cut capacitor Cin, and drain terminals of the MOS transistors M1, M2 are differential current output terminals, a gate terminal of the MOS transistor M1 is connected to a bias terminal Tb via a resistor R1, and the gate terminal of the MOS transistor M2 is also connected thereto via a resistor Rin and the resistor R1, which has a higher resistance than the resistor Rin. The gate terminal of the MOS transistor M1 is further connected to a ground terminal Tgnd via a capacitor C1, and a fluctuation in a gate terminal voltage of the MOS transistor M2 is transmitted to the gate terminal of the MOS transistor M1. |
