PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently distribute content when content whose browsing probability depends on a browsing place is distributed in advance.SOLUTION: A content distribution control device includes: a content selection part 12 for selecting distribution target content whose browsing probability by a user in a predetermined browsing area is high; a distribution node selection part 13 for a user who is likely to browse the distribution target content to select a distribution place where there are many opportunities to pass before browsing; and a distribution control part 15 for instructing distribution of the distribution target content to a distribution node that distributes content to a user terminal existing in the distribution place. |
