The present invention relates to the technical field of terminals. Disclosed are a method, a device and a terminal for answering an incoming call. The method comprises: after receiving an incoming call of a calling party, a terminal answering the incoming call through an automatic incoming call answering function and communicating with the calling party; if an instruction of a phone owner is received during the process of communicating with the calling party, operating according to the instruction of the phone owner; if the instruction of the phone owner is not received during the process of communicating with the calling party, determining an emergency degree of the incoming call according to communication content, and operating according to the determined emergency degree. According to the present invention, the terminal operates according to the determined emergency degree if no instruction of the phone owner is received during the process of communicating with the calling party, so that not only the user does not need to afford extra expense, but also no important incoming call is omitted. Moreover, if the instruction of the phone owner is received during the process of communicating with the calling party, the terminal operates according to the instruction of the phone owner, so as to realize remote control to the incoming call in a case where the user cannot or is inconvenient to answer the incoming call. |
