<p>This anisotropic conductive film has a three-layered structure in which a first connection layer is sandwiched between second and third connection layers consisting primarily of an insulating resin. The first connection layer has a structure in which conductive grains are arranged so as to form a single layer in the direction of the plane of the second-connection-layer side of an insulating resin layer, and said insulating resin layer is thinner in central regions between adjacent conductive grains than near the conductive grains.</p> |
