FIELD: mining.SUBSTANCE: rolling drilling bit includes a housing with a trunnion, on which by means of bearings there installed is a rolling cutter with running tracks, the length of which is longer than that of a contact zone of bearings, and a forced movement assembly of the rolling cutter along the trunnion axis, which is made in the form of gear rims interacting with each other and made on the trunnion and on the rolling cuter. Gear rims are located on internal end surfaces of the trunnion and the rolling cutter, made in the form of removable elements and fixed on the rolling cutter and the trunnion against being rotated. As an option, ends of the rolling cutter and the trunnion, which face to each other, are provided with axial channels, and removable elements installed in them have a T-shape; with that, at least between the end of the shank of one removable element and the bottom of the axial channel there arranged is a spring.EFFECT: improving a bit operating efficiency.2 cl, 3 dwg |
