PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a user from being notified of the effect that data is available even if the data satisfies a condition to be available after the data is used by a program about the data that is notified of the effect that it is available.SOLUTION: An input/output control part 90 notifies a user that data to be used by a program is available. An item management part 96 stores identification information which identifies the data that is notified of being available. The item management part 96 receives the data which is notified of being available. The item management part 96 controls the input/out control part 90 so as not to notify the user that the data is available in the case that the data satisfies a condition to be available after the data is used by a program about the data which is identified by stored identification information.
