PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a substrate with a transparent conductive layer and a method for producing a photoelectric transducer in which a foundation layer of an antireflection layer composed of two layers and a transparent conductive layer is formed easily and at a low price.SOLUTION: A high refractive index layer 4a and a foundation layer 5 are formed on both faces of a transparent substrate 3 by a dipping method. Then, transparent conductive layer 6 is formed on foundation layer 5, and a low refractive index layer 4b is formed on the high refractive index layer 4a. Thereby, the foundation layer of the antireflection layer, which is composed of two layers, and a transparent conductive layer is formed easily and at a low price. |
