PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost deodorizer which can save materials and can easily assemble an air passage with a small man-hour by eliminating the necessity of additionally installing fixing means for a deodorizing filter disposed in an air passage.SOLUTION: A deodorizer 1 includes: an air passage 10 which connects an air suction port 11 and an air blowing-out port 12; a sirocco fan 13 inside the air passage 10; and a deodorizing unit 14 which removes odor components from air sent by the sirocco fan 13. The air passage 10 is formed with a storage part, which stores an outer peripheral part of the deodorizing unit 14, by expanding the width of the air passage 10. The deodorizing unit 14 includes: a catalyst filter which absorbs and decomposes the odor components; a heater which heats the catalyst filter; and a heat insulating material which is arranged on an outer peripheral part of the catalyst filter. The heat insulating material is stored in the storage part. |
