PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for testing an un-activated mobile handset on a mobile network.SOLUTION: An IP gateway of a target mobile network is monitored, and a data packet for an inactive test device in a mobile network is updated or translated to include information on a device that is activated on the mobile network, and forwarded to the test device. Thereby, two-way data exchange between the mobile network and the test device can be implemented even if the test device is not pre-activated on the mobile network. Further, application testing remote from wireless access points of the mobile network through any IP network is enabled. |
