PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal abnormality detection device and communication device capable of detecting abnormality of a signal with instantaneous fluctuation in a circuit for processing the signal, with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A signal abnormality detection device 51 comprises: a power information acquisition unit 61 for acquiring an index value of power of a signal transmitted or received by a target device at each timing; a comparison unit 62 for comparing the index value acquired by the power information acquisition unit 61 with an evaluation threshold; a plurality of accumulation units 65, 66, and 67 for accumulating the index value acquired by the power information acquisition unit 61 for a predetermined period; an assignment unit 64 for making the accumulation unit 65, 66, or 67 selected from the plurality of accumulation units 65, 66, and 67 on the basis of a comparison result by the comparison unit 62 start accumulation; and a division unit 69 and an abnormality detection unit 70 for detecting abnormality of the signal on the basis of an accumulation result by the accumulation unit 65, 66, or 67. |
