The present invention addresses problems such as of providing medicament-containing hollow particles which have sufficient strength capable of enduring compression, coating, etc. and which are provided with a desired functionality. Provided are particles which comprise a medicament and a polymer and which have a hollow structure, wherein a hollow volume ratio with respect to the volume of the entire particle is 4% to 50%.
