<p>Provided is a hydraulic control device for a vehicle, the hydraulic control device being capable, using a simple configuration, of supplying an appropriate amount of oil to both a gear mechanism and a dynamo-electric machine. A hydraulic control device for a vehicle is provided with: a common hydraulic passage connected to an oil pump; a first hydraulic passage which conducts oil to a gear mechanism, the oil flowing from the common hydraulic passage into the first hydraulic passage; and a second hydraulic passage which conducts oil to a dynamo-electric machine, the oil flowing from the common hydraulic passage into the second hydraulic passage after being diverted from the connection section at which the common hydraulic passage and the first hydraulic passage are connected. A first relief valve and a throttle section which is disposed upstream of the first relief valve are provided in the first hydraulic passage. A second relief valve is provided in the second hydraulic passage. The first relief valve discharges oil within the first hydraulic passage when hydraulic pressure within the portion of the first hydraulic passage which is downstream of the throttle section is higher than a predetermined first set hydraulic pressure. The second relief valve connects the upstream side and downstream side of the second relief valve when hydraulic pressure within the portion of the second hydraulic passage which is upstream of the second relief valve is higher than a predetermined second set hydraulic pressure. The second set hydraulic pressure is set to be higher than the first set hydraulic pressure.</p> |
