A resonance loudspeaker comprises an outer shell (1), a resonant transfer leg (2), a poly magnetic energy device (10) and a voice coil (20), wherein the outer shell (1) is provided with an inner cavity. The poly magnetic energy device (10) and voice coil (20) are set in the inner cavity of the shell (1), and between the resonance transfer leg (2) and outer shell (1) there is connected with an elastic piece (30). The resonance transfer leg (2) is fixed on the outer shell (1) through the elastic piece (30) in a suspending manner. Said voice coil (20) comprises a coil (21) and a cylindrical coil frame (22), and said coil (21) is wound on a peripheral surface of the coil frame (22). The coil frame (22) is fixed on the elastic piece (30), and a suspension structure is formed between the coil frame (22) and the outer shell (1). The poly magnetic energy device (10) is fixed on the inside wall of the coil frame (22), and located in an electromagnetic induction coil encircled by the coil (21).
