The DC/DC transducer (100) has a rectifying element (5a,5b) that is provided for rectifying the electric power transferred to a secondary winding (42) of a transformer (4). Smoothing reactors (6a,6b) are provided for smoothing the electric power rectified by the rectifying element. The smoothing reactors are provided such that the core portions (11a,12a) are provided for surrounding winding portions (14a). The smoothing reactors are stacked and arranged, such that the directions in which axle lines of winding portions extended are identical.
