Provided is a DC-DC converter apparatus with an increased output that provides high vibration resistance and shock resistance even when a component with large volume or weight is mounted. A transformer (103) and choke coils (104, 105) are disposed along one long side (115a) of an outer peripheral side wall (115) of a case member (101). A high-voltage side switching circuit unit (107) is disposed along one short side (115d) of the outer peripheral side wall (115). A low-voltage circuit board unit (108) with a small weight per unit area is disposed such that a part of the circuit board unit is positioned over the center of a rectangular region of a bottom surface portion (102).
