For this, provided is a real estate appraisal system based on a network using a touch screen, including: an appraisal unit including an appraisal program and a touch screen outputting real estate information and an electronic cadastral map of real estate to be appraised according to a request of an appraiser; an electronic cadastral map database which is connected to the appraisal unit through a network, and includes the electronic cadastral map stored with cadastral information of the appraised real estate outputted on the touch screen according to the request of the appraiser; and a real estate information database which is connected to the appraisal unit through the network, and stores the real estate information of the appraised real estate outputted on the touch screen according to the request of the appraiser. According to the present invention, costs load according to paper drawing sheet output can be reduced, and convenience, accuracy and reliability of the appraisal can be guaranteed, and also convenience of use of the appraisal result can be increased remarkably.
