Disclosed are an adhesive composition for a touch panel, an adhesive film and a touch panel. More specifically, disclosed is a urethane adhesive composition in which glass transition temperature is -20 to -50°C and modulus is 50,000 to 70,000 Pa at 60 to 80°C. An embodiment of the present invention provides an adhesive composition for a touch panel with anti-warpage properties when being interposed between films which thermal contraction and expansion rates are different.
