FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to cardiology. Indices of laser Doppler flowmetry are registered in patients by means of LAKK-M apparatus. Regress of ST interval on ECG during bicycle stress test is determined. "B" parameter, which determines group affiliation of patients, is calculated by mathematical formula. If values are 54.1<B<59.7 rel.units, patient is related to healthy group, and in case when 38.0<B<53.8 rel.units, patient should be considered to be a microvascular angina pectoris patient.EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase accuracy of diagnostics due to analysis of microcirculation, and prevent risk of examination complications due to its non-invasiveness.2 ex |
