The present invention relates to a scaffolding device for installing section steel and a method for installing a section steel by using the same. The scaffolding device for installing a section steel includes a pallet which a worker gets on; a transfer unit transferring the pallet; and a weight balance maintaining levelness of the pallet when the worker gents on. The present invention can prevent safety accidents. The present invention also can reduce working time and allow a user to easily install the section steel by welding the section steel by getting on the movable pallet when the worker welds the section steel such as a T-bar on a girder located at a high place.
