PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio wave absorber which has high radio wave absorbing performance regardless of the incident direction of a radio wave so that it can be preferably applied to a radio communication system, such as a wireless LAN and RFID, having high flexibility in a service area, is excellent in handleability, and can be produced at low production cost so that it can be used for general purpose as general construction materials for offices, stores, shipping storages, public buildings, general houses, and condominiums.SOLUTION: A radio wave absorber is formed by laminating a resistance film layer containing 0.4-3 mass% of a conductive fiber having an average fiber length of 2-11 mm, a spacer, and a reflector layer. At a frequency showing the maximum radio wave absorption amount against vertical incidence, the maximum radio wave absorption amount and a radio wave absorption amount in a measuring direction perpendicular to the measuring direction showing the maximum radio wave absorption amount are both 10 dB or more. |
