PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition that decompose or deliquesce less when exposed to aqueous solution (for example wound exudate or blood), a method for producing the adhesive composition, a method for producing the adhesive composition obtained by the aforementioned method, and use of the adhesive composition as bone substitute material.SOLUTION: Such an adhesive composition comprises at least one coated particle of calcium salt and the at least one particle of calcium salt is at least partially coated with at least one saturated fatty acid ester having a melting point of at least 45°C (a), and the composition is formed by mixing the particles coated at least partially with the saturated fatty acid ester (a), with at least one saturated fatty acid ester having a melting point below 25°C (b). |
