PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal management server capable of effectively utilizing a waiting time until a customer is called, an information processing method, a program and an information processing system.SOLUTION: The terminal management server for managing a reception terminal installed in a store includes a terminal display control unit for displaying an input screen in which a customer inputs a scheduled store revisiting time when the customer revisits the store on the reception terminal for the customer's desire for temporary outing, a data management unit for registering the scheduled store revisiting time inputted in the iput screen by the customer in a reception state database, and a call control unit for acquiring a time when the customer returns to the store from the temporary outing to perform reception of revisiting the store as an actual store revisiting time, and controlling a call instruction of the customer on the basis of relation between the scheduled store revisiting time and the actual store revisiting time. |
