PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing, based on the application of an extrusion lamination method, a laminate sheet including a thermoplastic elastomer layer having a thickness of 500 μm or more and excellent in terms of thickness precision and a method for manufacturing a thermoplastic elastomer sheet.SOLUTION: In the provided method for manufacturing a laminate sheet, a collectivity of a thermoplastic elastomer 11 abiding in a molten state after having been extruded from a flat die 2 and a releasable separator 14 skirting one surface of the former is transmitted past a cooling roll 3 so as to obtain a first laminate sheet 12 comprising a thermoplastic elastomer layer and the separator, and a thermoplastic elastomer is extruded and laminated, once again, atop the thermoplastic elastomer layer surface of the first laminate sheet 12; the separator 14 is released from the same laminate sheet in the provided method for manufacturing a thermoplastic elastomer sheet. |
