PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic exhibiting compatible feeling in applying and smoothness in rinsing and also imparting no stickiness, good sliding and smoothness after drying, and further softness and settlement.SOLUTION: The present invention is a hair cosmetic containing: (A) a vesicle structure with an average particle diameter of 5 μm or more and 50 μm or less, comprising (A1) a straight chain or branched fatty acid having a carbon number of 14 or more and 24 or less, (A2) a tertiary amine compound, and (A3) an organic acid having a carbon number of 1 or more and 8 or less, where a continuous phase is an aqueous phase; (B) a cationic surfactant; (C) an aromatic alcohol; (D) an organic acid having a carbon number of 1 or more and 10 or less; and water. |
