摘要 Disclosed is a cooling blower control device and method for a high-voltage battery, by which a cooling blower used in a high-voltage battery is efficiently controlled using fuzzy control. To this end, the cooling blower control device includes a temperature (or first) sensor configured to sense an internal temperature of a battery pack assembly, and a current sensor configured to sense an output current of the battery pack assembly. A fuzzy controller performs fuzzy control by using outputs of the temperature sensor and the current sensor as inputs to output a cooling blower's duty ratio, and a pulse-width modulation (PWM) controller performs PWM control by using an output of the fuzzy controller as an input to output a control signal for driving the cooling blower.
