<p>A physical quantity sensor is provided with a detection circuit for outputting a detection value showing a physical quantity supplied by a detection element, and with a correction calculation part for correcting the detection value and for outputting a value-after-correction. On the basis of the detection value and the value-after-correction, the correction calculation part makes the value-after-correction essentially a zero value. The physical quantity sensor is able to prevent a fluctuation of the output signal as a function of temperature change even for a low number of components.</p> |
