<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a transparent metal film having low surface resistance as well as high optical transmittance, and a method for producing the same. This purpose is achieved through a method for producing a transparent metal film, the method having: a step of forming on a transparent substrate a growth nucleus comprising metal; and a step of depositing a transparent metal film by a vapor phase deposition process, onto the surface of the transparent substrate on which the growth nucleus has been formed.</p> |
