<p>A fluid processing device comprises a water supply device (10) for pumping a liquid, an air supply device (20) for pumping a gas, a mixer (30) for mixing the liquid and the gas, a cylindrical processing tank (33) into which a mixed fluid mixed with a gas separated by a branch pipe (32), is injected under pressure, and an exhaust valve (34) for venting gas from the vapor phase in the processing tank (33). In the processing tank (33), the vapor and liquid phases are maintained, the liquid from the branch pipe (32) is stirred and mixed with liquid water accumulated in the tank by being injected under pressure from the top through the vapor phase, and gases, such as methane, contained in the liquid can be removed by dissolving the vapor phase gas in the processing tank (33) into the liquid phase liquid. Alternatively, if the gas is a toxic gas, the toxic gas can be reduced through dissolution into the liquid phase.</p> |
