The present invention relates to a water blasting device capable of efficiently removing foreign substances piled up on an inner wall of a riser pipe. The water blasting device removes the foreign substances existing on the inner wall of the riser pipe by injecting water of a high pressure to the inner wall of the riser pipe with an injection nozzle. The water blasting device can purify waste water generated during a process by using a waste water disposal model.
